Good place to deliver load. No overnight parking but can use washroom at security check-in office. Will get unloaded within 30-40mins. Common entrance for truck and car from the street and once in the premises, will see truck yard on your left side with a big gate and guard office.

The lady at the guard shack was very nice. And the place is kind of small and wasn't hard to figure out where you had to go.
