This place is amazing!!I was 2 hours away from home when my suv broke down. Tommy had a lot of work in his hands, but even so, he took the time to repair my vehicle. Thanks to him, I made it back home. I truly don't know what I would have done if he hadn't helped me.Thank you so much, Tommy, for fixing my suv. I truly appreciate it. These guys are really A1! Knowledgeable, quick, and very reasonable on pricing. I took my truck to 3 other local mechanics, and was given 3 different answers none of which were the problem. Philip was under my truck for 20secs and identified the issue and had it resolved within the following hour. These guys rock!

I was required to work in North Wilkesboro for about two years off and on and during my time off I had my vehicle worked on for regular repairs and scheduled maintenance. Over many years I have been taken advantage of by mechanics however Integrity Auto was not only honest but did repairs for an extremely reasonable price. Now that I’m no longer working in the area, I still travel 3 hours away just to get my vehicle worked on because I trust them. Even though it’s a very lengthy drive, at least I know my vehicle is being repaired properly, never talked into unnecessary repairs and never overcharged. I highly recommend Integrity Auto.. they are honest and reliable, which I’ve discovered is hard to find now a days.

I own a construction business and have several work vans. Integrity Auto has been extremely professional in each instance that we have needed their services. I cannot afford to have vans in the shop for a lengthy amount of time because of the number of crews we work and the demand for us to be on the jobs in a punctual manner. These guys have been adamant to get my vans in, serviced and/or repaired, and back on the job. I highly recommend Integrity Auto.

If i could give it ZERO stars i would. The mechanics are good and truely i feel bad for them. The guy that runs or owner it, is absalitly horrible and extremely rude. He also took 3 weeks to do a 2 day job. He quoted 1 price then charged $300 more. I will never go back, And wouldn't recommend this place to any one. The only "Integrity" this place has is in the name. Horrible Horrible Horrible.
