We were here to test drive a Jeep Wrangler today and the owner told us that the man with the keys that will be riding with us was on his lunch break. We waited in the parking lot for an hour and when we went back inside he told us that a man had put a deposit down on one of his other vehicles earlier in the week and called him 15 minutes ago and wanted to switch it over to the Jeep Wrangler, he was on his way to test drive it now. I asked him why we couldn’t test drive it since he wasn’t there yet and we had a full deposit to put down (the other man gave him 100 dollars down- he disclosed this and the mans name)- He said that would make him a liar and that I wouldn’t like it if he lied to me. (Keep in mind, he told us we could drive it in an hour, then sold it.. so in my book this man is a liar and was more than likely helping out one of his friends)Guess that’s why it’s called friendly auto! We did buy a vehicle from him a few years ago and it was an okay experience. He definitely lost a customer and word of mouth travels fast!! Very unprofessional.
