Getting appointments set up to have the truck serviced is the worst experience ever. I gave the company a 3 because we like the truck. We paid for it with cash. Please treat your customers better when it comes setting up appointments!

I had a question about my Rav4. They acted like they didn't want to fool with me. I called them back b/c they refused to call me! They still didn't answer my question and promised to return my call but didn't.
