Bought 2 cars here, been bringing them for 2 years of servicing and was upcharged to death during a simple inspection for wipers on a brand new 2023 vehicle which worked properly. Failed the inspection. Wipers are 8 months old with minimal use.
Went and got it done at another service department and passed without replacing because they worked fine.
They take advantage of women who are alone. Highly DO NOT recommend. Tried to speak to a manger for 1 hour and never got even meet/see/talk with them.

They diagnosed and replaced the water pump on my 2012 Lexus 450h hybrid. Nobles wouldn’t touch it because it’s a hybrid, but they were quick and correct about the water pump being bad. NorthWest automotive were willing to do it, but didn’t seem enthusiastic, and couldn’t start it for 2 weeks. They quoted me $2100. I figured in the meantime, I’d see what Classic had to say. They did it for $2600, but I felt really confident having it done there. It’s been a couple months, and everything is working great. I was afraid it would be too much to fix at the dealer, but I’m glad I brought it there. The guys were also friendly and helpful when I had questions about what else I might change while I’m in there. We decided to do the belt and tensioner while we were in there, but they said everything else should be good, and didn’t try to sell any unnecessary repairs. I’ll definitely bring my vehicles there again in the future.

Horrible hospitality. Do not get any service work done here or inspections as they'll upcharge you. Especially if you are a woman alone.

Not very good. We were told when we purchased the car that we had to have car serviced every 5000 miles and everything thing would be include so warranty would not be voided. Had to pay for oil change today at 5000 miles. Purchased the extended warranty to cover this. This is what we were told. Service department and sales department do not communicate. Seemed to be separate entity. They told me they were. Purchased truck in Hickory and never had issues like this. Turn over seems to be very high at Wilkes location.
