I had a very poor experience. I had a 1130 appointment to have the oil changed in my palisade. I got there at 11:25 and the young lady, who is very nice, said there was one in front of us, but it would be done in 45 minutes or less. My wife and I waited in the waiting room and I noticed 40 minutes later that my car was still parked out front. We also found out that another gentleman in the waiting room had an 10 o’clock appointment to have his oil changed and he was still waiting at 1210 . We left, and will not be back. We will find another path for our current/future oil changes. I was also very unimpressed with the facilities there, but that’s just a side comment.

Came in for complementary service. Didn’t have an appointment but they said no problem and got me serviced up and back on the road. Very happy!!

My entire experience with Classic Hyundai has been great from the purchase to the first service that was scheduled promptly and all of my concerns were reviewed and addressed. I love the vehicle inspection video and report sent via Text Message!

The car was not detailed well. There was dirt under the hatchback and other places that were not easily seen.
They service was good and they were very friendly.

Was having a regular service and they found the rear caliper was stuck. Service Manager work out a loaner car for us and had our car ready to go as soon as the part came in the next day. Professional and very courteous.
