I called customer service because I don't have WiFi calling and they said because I got it at Walmart my service don't get wi fi calling
The service sucks I pay $45 for what I don't get half my calls my phone works when it wants to

Went by there yesterday at 4:45 they wernt open and it's says they were open till 7??Had to drive all the way across town to just waste my time.This has happened several times now. Huge inconvenience!!!

Paola upgraded my phone and switched everything for me shes always helpful when I have any problems with My phone highly recommend coming to see her !!!!!!

Today my husband enter this store about his phone issues he's had for the last month. The lady working in here chased him to door and call him all kinds of ugly names!! I do not recommend them also had her children yelling at him as well. In customer service this is horrible. Also the lady Paola will not answer the phone as she's to busy talking on it..

They never open up on time! Good luck if your trying to pay a bill or open account. I have been been here 3 times this week and nope not open. They come in at their own convenience and close when they want. 1 star only because in order to post this I had to rate it. How can a business stay in business like this?

My elderly grandfather was trying to get a new phone setup with the manager at this location. I was on the phone with him when I heard her being extremely rude to him. When I called to speak with her, she was also very rude and nasty to me when I was just calling to try and get some clarity of the situation. I was never even allowed the space to finish asking my question before she cut me off. She just proceeded to be nasty. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Not sure why everything was cash based when me and my wife brought our phones over to boost. We wanted set up and account with 2 lines. But she instead made 2 separate accounts. That's the first issue. The 2nd is that we had to gamble for service. She told us that she didn't know if adding our phones that we owned would work. Also the cash we paid was non refundable. What kind of American service is this?

2 trips and the girl behind the counter was of no help. I had to call Boost customer service myself n have them help me fix the issue. This site is not recommended the customer service here is non existent.
