Would not recommend this place, they have no security in where this location is infamous for storage units being broke into and by the looks of it. It hasn't changed. The owners take no responsibility for it in where they just shrug it off.

Would not recommend. About a year ago, I was accused by the owner's fiancé of wrecking a vehicle into the units. She stated it had to be me because I had told them that I was getting ready to move all of my stuff out. All of my items were still in the storage unit at the time of the incident. Extremely rude and unprofessional. From what I heard, they found the person who actually did it. Not to mention, I was in Mt. Airy purchasing a vehicle on the date that the incident occurred and don't have the ability to teleport. Regardless, never received an apology. Will clearly put the blame on anyone without evidence or reasoning. Not worth the drama. Go to a different company.

Super nice couple. We were looking for a unit and they were so nice and knowledgeable about the area. They told me to call or text anytime day or night if I needed anything. Where else are you going to find that kind of service? Would totally recommend 10 out of 10!
