I don’t write reviews because I try and give people the benefit of the doubt but this experience is worth one. Our car broke down on the side of the highway coming back from an app state game heading home to Raleigh. It was a Sunday and the tow company took our car here because it was the closest to our location. When we called the next morning to check in and explain the situation, he was immediately so grumpy for the fact that he had to “deal” with it. When I mentioned the warranty, He told me he wouldn’t conduct business over the phone and I had to come up to give him the phone number to call and check coverage. We told him we have a baby and full time jobs and can’t just pick up and drive 3 hours there and back to give a phone number. His tone of voice was one of the rudest tones I have ever heard. When we called back after talking about our options to tell him we would get it towed to the Hyundai dealership that night, he was like “whatever. You’ll have to pay for storing it here.” When we called him a third time to provide the info of the people towing our car, we asked to speak to him and when we introduced ourselves, he just paused in silence and then he finally said and?” In the rudest most disrespectful way. Like I AM the inconvenience. I’m sorry but you are a car maintenance shop near a major highway.. what do you expect? He acted like a selfish, entitled prick. Don’t bring your car here unless you want to get bullied and gaslit.

I sent my wife to pick up my truck from them. They were very rude and unprofessional. No manners and never getting our business again. They ripped the seat in my truck.

went to pick up my truck and they were very rude. they had gave me my keys then when I told them I would be back had to get a driver they began hollering at me I'm a 5'1 lady and had the owner and another man behind me rudely telling me to give them the keys to my truck back very unprofessional coming at a woman like that, saying that it was a problem area. I lived there for a year. right beside them and never had a problem they didn't even fix the steering problem. plus the ripped my driver seat. would not recommend for anyone to go there. I was afraid when them 2 was on me like that after my keys back. just imagine how far they would of went if I refused to give my truck keys back . please be careful with ur daughters and wives if they have to go here. cuz I actually thought they was gonna fight me for my keys. scariest moment of my life and I lived thru stage 4 cancer and the cancer didn't scare me as bad as those few seconds. y'all be careful when you go there

Rude as hell !!!!! Everytime i called to ask about my car they would have an attitude??? Like why are you mad that i want to check on my car?? They have the worst attitudes ever ! ALL OF THEM ! Dont take your car here!!! Go somewhere they know how to talk to people.

Do not take any thing to them my Disable mother took her jeep up there I have recorded every conversation with these people they’re rude or disrespectful they charge $700 they didn’t do anything for days later all the lights come back on took it back had a 65 part in the car when I pick it up today the part was gone and he blamed me for not taking it out and no they didn’t not put in on the it still has the the lights on so do not trust them Be where they will only take your money and not fix your vehicle..

My engine went out and was towed there. They put a used engine in it, and what do you know, the same thing happened again. They took eight weeks to fix it and kept coming up with various excuses. when I questioned the delay, they threatened to leave it on the lot and not do any more work on it. Shady, I would not trust them.
