This used to be a good place to go. You could get to know your providers, schedule appointments with ease and when you get sick you could actually get in to see someone. The receptionists up front are now awful as well. I have been waiting for 2 months for someone to call me about help with costs getting my medications but I still have no call about it. And the receptionist told me they have nothing to do with prescriptions. Well the pharmacist is the one who told me to talk to the nurse/provider about the situation.I called to get an appointment because I am sick. Lungs hurting, shortness of breath, coughing up blood in my mucous. The receptionist tells me all we can do is see you tomorrow and give you a Covid and Flu test. I do not have Covid. I tested and it came back negative. I don’t have the flu. I know what respiratory infections feel like I have had enough of them. Do not waste your time coming here. It’s worse than Going to the Emergency Room. At least in the ER you can get seen in hours instead of months.

It's an okay doctor's office. Some of the staff looks aren't very welcoming. As if they don't want to be there. Also no one ever gets back to you when trying to make an appointment....& I won't say the doctor's name but she was not a very pleasant doctor. She had a very smart mouth, didn't really let me fully tell her all that was going on with me. Everytime I talked she would cutt me off. I felt very uncomfortable, and judged. After telling her what was wrong with me she didnt even run test or anything, and come to find out by another doctor....it was indeed something wrong all along. Not to say she's a terrible doctor but she lacks in some ways. Last that I've heard though she no longer works here. Other than that it is very clean, & some of the nurses are very nice.

I can't say anything bad about the place. The doctors, and pharmacy are very professional and go out of there way to be nice.
