Don't respond to emails, charged a service fee but never received any taxes back. It's almost August and nothing. They don't call when it's ready or to let you know what your return is, just overall unhappy with this place. Nice people but poor communication.

Poor communication, doesn’t return calls, doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t fulfill promises. Missed deadlines on tax filings.
