If I could leave 0 stars I’d leave 0 stars - horrible horrible. Had over $100 worth of products delivered to the wrong address - was then told my products were thrown away. They now have to file an investigation for my “thrown away” packages. Claims it was delivered to a new address. Haven’t had a single piece of mail delivered to the wrong place until I had over $100 worth of something mailed through them. unbelievable.

I was told they have the best customer service I trusted and scheduled my passport appointment for 1:15 PM.. Jeff got me out and going by 1:15.

So sick of calling these people concerning missing deliveries!! Customer service says they’ll call back after reaching out to the carriers but of course the carriers never answer their phones… so no one ever calls back! Very poor service! Makes absolutely no sense! As usual, I have to find my own packages,smdh.. definitely NOT reliable!! Ps.. and stop saying deliveries have been attempted when they have not!!!

Customer service is horrible!! I talked with the direct USPS customer service line they were awesome. He referred me to the newton location for help and the lady literally told me my package was a scam because I haven't received it yet instead of really helping me. She was unprofessional I hung up on her no reason to speak with someone that only hears themselves.

I've had NOTHING but problems with my package delivery with these clowns. They've lost 2 now that says have been delivered BUT NOT TO ME! A $90 HOODIE AND $70 FLANNEL. GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY ANSWERS

Absolutely worthless. Love how our taxes go to a useless, lazily ran postal service office such as this one, where no one bothers to pick up the god damn phone. Don't get upset when people come to your office to confront you about a missing package, and get cussed out because 6 times you were called, and 6 times you didn't bother picking up the phone.

I paid for a new lock on Monday said I will have a new one by Wednesday. It's Friday & still nothing. I need my bills & packages. The guy that works their has the nastiest attitude known to man. Lord please don't let him pick up. At this point I feel like he is being petty & moves me to the bottom of the list.

Either there are not enough parking spaces, or the existing ones are blocked by third-party parkers. Everything is fine in the tidy office. 3 counters open, staff friendly and quick, but I had only bought stamps.

You cannot speak to a live person when you call. All problems can’t be handled by pressing a button. A lot can but there are some complicated problems that need a live conversation but it’s impossible to speak to anyone at this office. It’s very frustrating!!!

March 5-23 at 9:30pm I mailed two payments from North Brushwood Cir. I was contacted yesterday Monday 3-14-23 by one of the finance companies. No payment received! I contacted Bank no checks been cashed! This is not the first time this has happened. My credit is very good and I would like for it to stay that way. And does the post man who delivers the mail to north brushwood cir. Does he or she not look at the name or box number on the letters or magazines before putting it in the mail boxes?!? I had 3 others mail in my box a week ago. And that happens quite often! I'm waiting three more days and I hope even though the payments late I hope it gets there!?!
