“I reserved a 12ft box truck via the Penske website and subsequently self-managed the reservation using their app. I used the truck for the final load of my move from Durham to Hickory, and I'm glad I went straight to the source and took a pass on using a vendor like Home Depot. Nothing against them per se, but Mark got me squared away with the pickup (and drop off). He actually provided a 16ft, probably because they didn't have a 12ft, which worked better for me anyway. The truck was clean, in good working order with something in the neighborhood of 3600mi. Will use this location if I ever move myself again, though I'm in no rush.”

“Claremont self storage is a great place to store your stuff. They are very nice and helpful. The storage units are clean and reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with this place they fence with gate with codes to get in and out. If you need to store your stuff you should check this place out.”

“Love sharing positive experiences. I just acquired a Ryder Freightliner lease truck that was due for an inspection. Made the call and scheduled for it to be done. Had a couple other minor issues and they took care of it for me. Been to a few shops in the past and I can say hands down this Ryder location is definitely on top of their game. Special shoutout to the Service Manager for the awesome customer service. Big Thanks and I gotta add, this location does have a drop yard for you truckers with trailers.”
