Recently ordered a corner sectional sofa for new home at Cez-Del, in Akron, Ohio. Initially back cushions were not firm enough. Precedent remade the cushions to our specific requests and are exactly as we wanted. Customer service was great!! They were not happy until we were. Would purchase this brand again!
