I will give this place a 0 for stars. If I have the choice, the place is not a good place to work. There's a lot of people that get away with too much in that place. They talk about you, and then you have a lead person that also works there. That wants to ignore you like you don't even exist. But she can talk to other co-workers and things like. My advice is look at other options the people look down on you.se to strive to be for anyone? I don't advise anyone to go to this job.

My name is Drake Felder and I worked for this company via a temp agency however I completed the required hour to be only considered for hiring. I worked my tail off day in and day out. I learned various positions in this frame assembly plant even worked as a frame builder temporarily as the “saw” potential in me. However when I began asking when I would be able to get hired on I was merely given “There is a hiring freeze.” For 3-4 months straight. They will not give any incentive for labored workers. They expect you to come into the mouse, snake, and roach infested building at 6am sharp and work at top level performance for a maximum of $16.00/hr the supervisor or lack there of in shipping (John) illegitimate son of (Todd) the supervisor of spring up. No coincidence there has no intent of building a successful team they will run as many temps through that building as possible. Todd has a favoritism for a employee by the name of Tiffany that is never on time coming back from breaks and never does anything to enforce it. The plant manager Ben tucks his tail because of the tenure his supervisors have over him so he allows them to manage the plant. But Ben is a good person at heart but he lacks backbone. They only care about they frame builders and spring up guys somewhat. So if a temp agency sends you there don’t expect to actually get hired on and expect to do way more work than you told you’ll be doing. If you expect a raise at any point in time there do yourself a favor and don’t. They might throw a hotdog party or something like that. It’s a sad place honestly most of the people in there are afraid to speak up because nothing will be done or they fear losing there jobs. If you ask me they would be doing them a favor. My energy will remain unmatched in that building if you ever find yourself there ask the workin employees about Drake my work ethic said everything!

I worked for this company years ago. I took a medical leave and my Dr didn't release me so I was fired. Susan Shook seemed to take pleasure with this?? She called me one day during my leave and said I didnt sound sick. I reapplied 20 years later and Susan Shook seemed to be really interested in my application until she remembered me. I was told no job openings but their were many openings. This company will hire felons but will not give me a second chance. I have worked for a law office since. I am more than qualified for a position of an inspector of furniture. Yet Susan Shook stood in front of me telling no job openings. She lied straight to my face.

I've bought one of their sofas in 2000 and it has held up beautifully! No sagging or distress! And the contemporary design has stayed in fashion. I look at other sofas today and shocked how much they lack such quality
