So far has not stood behind the manufacturing issues behind a friend’s product he purchased. They and the furniture seller need to be held accountable and replace what should, in all respect to the manufacturing process and customer relations, be replaced without question.

I bought a leather easy chair and matching ottoman made by Lee from their retailer / The Savvy Store in Williamsburg, VA. The cushion cores failed, the bottom cushion will not remain in place, and the retailer was indolently rude and unhelpful. The furniture is now worthless. I regret purchasing from Lee - and Savvy.
