Very hateful people! Went up there to discuss hiring them to do my business taxes, no one there so I wait in parking lot, someone pulls in and starts yelling at me asking me why was I in her parking lot, I promise you I will never go back in your parking lot

Jenny and Tammy have always treated me well during tax season. Jenny looks at the situation and works with you to get the most out of your hard earned money staying within the guidelines of the IRS. She took her personal time a few years ago to actually come to my home office and meet with myself and an auditor. She did a wonderful job explaining (actually schooling) the auditor. We came out smelling like a rose.

Lackey Acciunting is fantastic!! Jenny has always went out of her way to help me in any way she can! Her staff is fantastic too! Any time I have needed something I have been able to get an appointment to discuss any issues I have ever had! I have and I will keep on recommending her to anyone!

I have always had good service at Lackey Accounting and Tax Service! Staff is excellent! My taxes have always been done in a timely manner. Low fees too.

Worst tax place ever. Completely inaccurate, rude staff, Jenny is rude as well. They make appts to drop off taxes but not to go over them? Weird....

TERRIBLE! Jenny was extremely rude, her mother is rude as well(she answers the phones), and the other staff are also rude. Very unprofessional outfit. No wonder we went somewhere else. She basically called me a liar as to what happened between her mother's conversation and I. Sadi that we had to make an appointment to have our taxes done but that they don't do appointments to pick them up and go over them because they don't go over them with the clients once completed. She got our taxes completely wrong and didn't even know about the rule that exempted us from paying extra taxes on a benefit for my spouse.

I promise you this - you will wish taxes were done more times a year! Give her a try and you will wonder how you did taxes before Lackey Accounting. I had multi-state W2's, debt headaches, tax questions. A+++
