I bought a used expedition and it didn’t give me any problems at the time he was doing cash only or you have to get your own loan I think he may offer some type of financing now

Recently purchased a truck from this place , should have read reviews more carefully and realized what snakes these people are , they covered up several problems with the vehicle. When I went to test drive the vehicle it had no check engine light ( they obviously reset it because it came back on the next day ) . Right after I pulled off after purchasing the truck it started making a knocking sound so I called them and went back .. the guy said it was completely normal coming from the a/c . I even asked if it was something I would need to replace and he said no . This truck also needed front wheel bearings after purchase , and most importantly this is a 4x4 truck and they covered up the fact that the 4x4 doesn’t work right !! And needs a rear differential replacement. The tire pressure sensors need replaced also , along with the a/c knocking and also had a problem with truck rubbing while turning . Save yourself the nightmare shopping with these people . .they seemed like generally good people but man I’m a paying for that mistake ( truck is currently sitting at the shop racking up a huge bill ) . Finally got an estimate to fix the truck which will be 5800$ if I want 4x4 and this rubbing noise to stop while turning Which is half of what the truck cost !

I will start by saying Thank you to Mark and Don for the warm greeting and quality customer service. They both made my purchase/transaction easy and smooth. The vehicle I purchased was clean and ready to take home. They really take pride in the work and their vehicles. Recommended coming here for quality customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I 100% would. Let me start off with saying I bought a 2010 Toyota Avalon on August 28th from this place with 106,000 miles. Test drove it, everything went perfectly. He even talked it up VERY well, explaining he has the same car and it’s still going over 200,000+ miles later. Upon paying and driving it off the lot, I didn’t make it 5 miles down the road until the check engine light, traction control light and a couple others came on. I test drove it before buying it for a total of 25-30 minutes straight to ensure nothing like this would happen. It drove SO smooth. I called and he was nice enough to check it out even though it doesn’t come with warranty which I was extremely thankful for, however after 8 days with my car, all he did was reset the code for me AND put the wrong spark plugs in my car, So I went back to get it, same thing happened. 5 miles down the road and all lights were back on. He stressed that I REALLY needed to get car shield and now I’m seeing just exactly why he said that. I’ve currently paid $1800 to fix the “so called problem” with an actual mechanic, $800 the first time to do a tune up and fix their problem (of putting the wrong spark plugs and such in) and $1000 the second (my coolant tank had a leak in it and also the power steering) When mentioning where I bought the car from, all of them had bad things to say about this place, their cars and the owner. I took it back yesterday because my check engine light and others came back on for a third time and still haven’t solved the problem or figured out exactly what’s going on. My point is, do PLENTY of research and make sure to test drive for a long time just in case (even ask if you can keep it overnight which is something I wish I would’ve done, and if they don’t offer that, DON’T BUY THE CAR.) Because now I’m out of $15,000 and very stressed. It’s partially my fault for not doing a 100% check on the car first but I’m not a car person and women are took advantage of when purchasing cars. Mark (the owner) has no problem screwing people out of their hard earned money without a care in the world. I even stressed needing a reliable car since my fiancé has MS and needs transported back and forth from Winston Salem and I have a child in school, had just lost a family member and my job. He STILL led me to believe that car was PERFECT and had no damages. Even the carfax seemed good! I’m going to end it all by saying, DO ALL OF THE RESEARCH IN THE WORLD before buying a car from this place.

Mark is a great guy, he was very efficient and really went all the way in for us. He even stayed after closing time for us as we were stuck in black Friday traffic. It is so refreshing in this age of online, hands-free, and non-contact automotive sales to be able to sit down with someone, ask the hard questions and buy a vehicle. Absolutely recommend!Thank you Mark!

Absolutely uncalled for behavior right from the start. Stepped on the lot and told him our "budget" which was completely on par with the sticker prices but I was also very negotiable and loose on price. Basically was willing to pay sticker price but we all go into buying a car with some give. And that was enough to not be allowed to test drive and make sure the car was in good enough condition to pay sticker price. Oh well, it didn't take me long to spend the same amount of money somewhere else without any hassle at all. Just a heads up to anyone whoe goes here to shop, dont let him take advantage of you because these are those kind of dealers.

I called about buying a car from this dealer and he was very rude, I think he could sell more cars if he would not be so rude and realize that the customers pay his bills.

My husband and I have bought two cars from here, and father Inlaw has bought three!!!! None of us has had a prob with any of them except fixing small things here and there (the first bought was in 2017) !!! People have to understand this Is NOT A NEW CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! They sell older cars and that comes with higher mileage at lower prices!! Its a BUY AS IS !!! They are connected to Car Shield which offers extended warranty’s for these older cars, but if you decide not to use it then that’s on you!!!!! These are older car models so you can’t expect them to last forever… that being said all the cars that we have bought from here are still on the move. We have had to do small maintenance on them, but come on what do you expect. Mike did not smooth talk us to buy the cars!! He let us test drive and inspect the car as we wanted. Then ask us if we want it. If we said no he wasn’t pushy. If we said yes then we did the paperwork simple as that!!! I wasn’t looking for something brand new it wasn’t in my budget, but for something to last a few yrs at a decent price then I will continue to use this dealership!!!!! Also don’t expect them to hold something for you if they get a buyer right on the spot you can’t blame them for going ahead and making the sale!!!!!!!!

My nephew brought a car from Mark,,,, the car barely made it 50 miles before it was done!! Transmission was shot!!!! It definitely had the codes cleared to barely get 50 miles before it wouldn't change gears!!!! And Mark was pretty much like on well!!
