Shipment delivery scheduled Thursday, nope. Friday, 4 phone calls, 1 said 12:45 pm, 1 said anytime, 1 said its at a drop off location Dollar General. Nope to all. Lsdt call said it will be there by 5pm. I'm here and waiting.
I really don't think they have any CLUE where it's at. Wasted gas, and my time. There's 5 minutes left till 5 pm

Unfortunately I have worked there for 2 years,, why I'm still there your guess is as good as mine,,, I've seen packages thrown to doorsteps on YouTube if you think that's bad you should watch what happens in the warehouse

Fedex has had my package for over 2 weeks and can't find my house even though I live on a main road and the house number is clearly visible. Every time they deliver a package to me they screw it up, it will go to a neighbor or never show up. I get more of my neighbors packages than I do of my own. I despise using fedex. Would give them negative stars if possible .
Wish all shippers gave a choice because I would use UPS EVERY TIME. They have never screwed me yet.

I had to refuse shipment of a grill Aug 2 because the box was broken open and screws fell out in our driveway when it was delivered they took the box back taped it shut and delivered it again the next day Aug 3. I was told by Lowe's that the procedure was that the grill was to be returned to the vendor for replacement. Same box different day

Absolutely the worst shipping company there is. They are so rude it’s unbelievable. They have basically no customer service. They don’t do anything to help. They just tell you what the tracking number says. They can’t do anymore digging like what’s the point of having customer service if they only see what we see? My packages never arrive. They always say that I missed it even though I stay home waiting because I have to sign. The people at the warehouse are super rude too. Nobody cares there so nothing ever gets done. Their office is so rude, the people there sound like they hate their lives and they never want to help and your package never gets delivered. Now I make sure then when I order something to ask not to use FedEx because you have more of a shot at not getting your package than actually getting it. No one is willing to help. They are the absolute worst. Not a single review will change anything because they don’t care at all. Worst shipping company. If a company uses FedEx to ship, I cancel my order now and order somewhere else. That’s how bad they are.

This place is terrible. Ordered a lift chair for my mother-in-law off Amazon. She had broken her leg and needed assistance to stand. Late in the day of delivery (Friday) we called about the location of the chair. Was told a signature was required and no one was at home. It was Memorial Day weekend and the chair would be delivered on Tuesday. That was a lie. Several people were indeed there and cameras monitored the property. No sticker or notice saying sorry we missed you. Nothing. No video clip of a FedEx vehicle stopping by. Nothing.
I spent Tuesday waiting on a delivery that never came. Called the FedEx Ground around 3pm. Was told the item was undeliverable. Ridiculous! So I had to go get the chair from the FedEx warehouse. The chair weighed about 100 lbs. The limit for FedEx Ground is 150lbs. If you don't have people capable of doing the job just say so. Why lie? Maybe, just maybe DEI isn't helping your company. The reviews sure reflect it.

We have one Fed Ex delivery person that is amazing, but whoever is filling in is horrible! I have a package that keeps being put in the truck daily, for the last week & they still have not delivered it. I have called customer service 3 times, no updates from them after opening a case. It’s a 100lb package, so its not like it would be easily lost! This is ridiculous! The other delivery company doesn't have these issues with our deliveries, only Fed Ex.

Had to deal with the Virtual Assistant of FedEx. Tracking # indicated my package was loaded onto the truck at 6:48am this morning and Out For Delivery TODAY. Guess what? No Delivery. No Package. Good luck trying to talk with a HUMAN BEING at FedEx.

For the 2nd time would not deliver to my mother's home. My mother had a broken femer and could not walk. She had food delivered from her insurance. Instead of driving down the driveway. They left the box (iced to keep it cold) right outside under the mailbox because they were too lazy to drive it down a dirt drive (any car can drive down it). I do not care about the price, no company should ship with them!!

Do not work for Jones delivery here. He does not pay what it says on his listing's. If you quit because he isn't paying what he promises then he won't pay you at all for the days you work. I didn't get paid for a day of training and I didn't get paid for my last day worked. Correction he paid me 45 dollars and I worked 11 hours the last day.

Well FedEx your contractors driver did it again for the third time delivering our package to a car lot that sits next to 321 N Hickory Blvd in Hudson NC but they have a Deal Mill Rd address that interconnects with Hickory Blvd. Once again those crooks at Granite Motor company scooped up our package but like before would deny they got our package. That driver you have just assumed that place must be it to make the delivery without looking at their GPS when my mailbox with big white numbers beside Caldwell Chiropractic is just a few feet down the dirt road beside the back doctor. God forbid that driver ever work for Door dash or GrubHub people would starve! What do I have to do? Put up a big billboard with our address on it? Girlfriend very upset once again because the package was delivered to the wrong address that's not even a Hickory Blvd address. We are done with FedEx! From now if we order anything and see that you guys would be delivering then I'll cancel the order unless I can pick another carrier because apparently your contract drivers or your own personnel cant take enough time to look at the map on their GPS.
