never never ever again. I’ve had my car, along with my moms, detailed for a while. They were first off, not time efficient at all. Would completely lie about picking up vehicles. He said he would come pick my car up at a certain time, then never show up. And not respond when i called after a no show. There was also a time where an employee STOLE money from my cars center console, then tried to say he didn’t. After multiple text messages, the owner agreed to give me it partial money back for it.
My mother’s car was left RUINED! Her brand new BMW leather seats were stained, ruined. Looked like a soda can exploded inside of the car. England brothers refused to pay for damages. Even after this, he refused to show up to clean cars. We were still paying for his services, and he refused to provide them.
It’s also been shown that they have been picking up cars from residences, and driving them around at their own convenience. I have noticed about 20-100 extra miles in my vehicles from the time that they pick them up, to dropping them off. My mom’s car as well.
There are rumors about dr*gs being passed through the business. along with other illegal activities going on. I have no reliable evidence of this, but it has been rumors going around.
My rims, along with my interior, was still extremely dirty EVEN AFTER said cleaning service. I asked multiple times for them to really clean and pay attention to my wheels. Sometimes they were left even dirtier!
they will DESTROY your car and not pay for it. STEAL money and not give it back. DRIVE YOUR CAR without permission (LIKE WHAT????). Not even really get it clean, my car was STILL dirty even after.
sad sad. but just avoid them!

Detailed my car yesterday. Looks brand new again. pick it up at my work stay in touch through out the day and brought it back before i got back off at work.! Amazing !!

I would highly recommend them. My wife's car she had just purchased the week before from a local dealer needed a little tlc. Called Kelvin up and told him what needed to be done. We brought our family van in for a full detail. This van has been neglected and to say you can tell we have children is an understatement. Not only did the van look great, but they stayed late to make sure they got it done same day. Very kind and courteous, especially at 830pm on a Friday. They did a good job. I'm sensitive to chemicals so I provided my own OnGuard cleaner concentrate diluted for them to use on the interior. I had alot of mildew on the outside due to trees near where I park. I pointed out it was even in the hatchback door jam & gas tank door. They addressed all of that & my car is looking like new. Had my vehicle “detailed” if that’s what you want to call it. They did a excellent job last time but this time my wheels where not even washed they used a spray so there was still dirt on the wheels and wheel wells. Interior was shampooed however the trunk was not.they took dirty floor mats out of my trunk and threw them back in after they vacuumed. Sounds pointless to me! In a nutshell not worth $169.95! Definitely regret not taking pictures. I won’t be back.Services: Wheel washing

They did a great job on both mine & my husband’s vehicles! Only thing - there was some residue on the inside of my windshield from an old phone holder I had that was still there when they brought my car back, but that’s no big deal. Both of our vehicles were clean & shiny, both inside & out. Excellent job on our wheels! We would definitely use them again.

Trashed the rubber and plastic trim on my mother's car with what I believe was a high speed buffer. A lot of damage. Said that they would address it, then gave nothing but excuses. Turned it over to insurance company.Service: Auto detailing
