Ben was awesome!! He was fair, honest, knowledgeable, and super helpful! Small business, prices are very fair, no pressure, like buying a car from a family member. There were no surprises & they'll go out of their way to help! Best dealership we've ever been to. It's definitely the place you'll want to go back to!

No nonsense dealership with very fair prices and great customer service. Benjamin was absolutely awesome throughout the whole process, explained everything very well and was very genuine in everything that he said and did. Extremely fair negotiators and zero pressure from salesman. Best used dealership around.

Extremely welcoming and nice people to do business with, also very reasonable and helpful in helping me purchase my vehicle. They made sure that I was happy before I left!! I would definitely do business with Down East Auto Hickory again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent affordable car to come here!!
