I was having a severe reaction to the earrings that the piercer initially used, causing swelling, lumps/hard spots, and bleeding. When I explained my situation to Dana, she could have easily recommended the most expensive pair of earrings. Instead, she listened attentively to my needs and suggested "Concept" earrings, which are dermatologist approved.Dana even gave me a pair to try without any obligation. Remarkably, within just two days of wearing the Concept earrings, the swelling and lumps disappeared, the bleeding stopped, and my ears were no longer sore. This experience showed me that Dana's Fine Jewelry is not just about making a dollar; they genuinely care about their customers' well-being and satisfaction.I highly recommend shopping local at Dana's Fine Jewelry. I can’t give enough stars to Dana’s!! When my husband and I were looking at rings I knew I didn’t want an expensive diamond. I wanted a beautiful ring. I had researched stone choices and decided on Moissanite. You honestly cannot tell the difference. I looked at several websites. Someone mentioned Dana’s Fine Jewelry. My husband knew the store since he delivered there for FedEx. We found my gorgeous ring for a fraction of the cost of online stores for the exact ring! Stupidly I impulsively bought my bands during a flash sale with an online jewelry shop. Big mistake! Since our wedding I have lost a significant amount of weight and my ring has been too big. It needed to be downsized 2 sizes. I took it to a jewelry store close to home in Shelby and was told it couldn’t be done. They made a comment that because my stone was moissanite and softer than a diamond that downsizing my ring two sizes may compromise the stone and they wouldn’t do it. I felt they were looking down their noses at me because I had a moissanite ring. My heart was broken. I happen to call Dana’s and they assured me they could. Dropped it off 2/16 and picked it up today. I am so happy! They were happy for me too. They kept saying how gorgeous my ring is, and I loved how they boosted me up for the fact that no one can tell that it’s not a diamond, and that it even tests as a diamond. Meanwhile I sent my bands back to the online retail store to be resized on top of purchasing two stackable rings to complete the look I wanted. Received the first stackable band and they had sent the ring a size smaller than what I ordered. The second one came and it was half a size too small. I haven’t got my original bands back and just had to send the stackable bands back. I was told it would take at least 15 business days even though it was very mistake, sending me rings smaller than what I ordered. I will NEVER buy jewelry anywhere other than Dana’s Fine Jewelry from here on out!!! It is definitely worth the 45 minute drive!!! The entire staff is so amazing!!! I highly recommend anyone shopping for any type of jewelry to go here you will not regret it!

I wanted to wait a while before reviewing to be sure my ring was meeting expectations and it totally is. I brought in a couple of stones and gold that I was not using and designed a custom ring. I got to sit with Dana and talk about the stone settings and design. It took a bit to get the ball rolling as her maker was sick for some time, but once I received the first cad drawing, we were off and running. I was brave enough to admit that I was not loving the design, and I took a try at rearranging all of the stones and adding more stones and coming up with a new design using Excel. I turned that into Dana and she turned around another cad drawing in like 24-48 hours and I was in looove. It was ready in like maybe 4 days. It’s gorgeous! It’s sturdy! It’s a real stunner. No one ever made a birthstone ring for my brother and I and this ring will be in our family long after he and I depart. I get compliments on it all the time. I am so super happy with this ring and my brother loved it too. My husband and I have continued to shop at Dana’s for new pieces and I have even had a 100 year old watch repaired through her as well. We prefer to shop local and will continue to come to Dana’s for our jewelry.

I hear Dana’s radio ads regularly, so I thought to try her business for a Christmas purchase. She immediately emailed me a note of thanks for “shopping local.” A week later I became concerned about timing and replied to her email. She found out my answer & emailed me back. I felt more like a friend than an internet customer. Her customer service is impressive.

If you need a custom ring done, Dana's is the place to go! I had a vision for a unique engagement ring and she brought it to life in such an amazing way!Communication with her and her colleagues is so easy and clear. They afforded me an insurmountable amount of patience throughout the entire process, even though I was difficult to get a hold of for a period of time.I can not recommend Dana enough. She runs a fantastic business, with amazing end results, and spectacular customer service.

I can't say enough about Dana and the wonder team at Dana's Fine Jewelry. For our 25th anniversary, my husband wanted to upgrade my original wedding ring and we had no idea where to start. We visited a few jewelers who were more interested in selling us something new, but Dana was more than happy to help! She gave us a lot of ideas and guided us through the whole process. Once we decided on a design, she provided us with CAD drawings of the ring for us to approve and two weeks later I had my perfect ring. There was no pressure; she wanted to make sure that we would love the finished piece...and we do! I'm so glad I found this gem!

The store has a welcoming and accommodating staff with reassuring expertise. I really appreciated their cleaning of my wife's jewelry (no charge) and repair and cleaning of my watchband (minimal charge).

I requested a custom made Sapphire ring in a specific setting and stone size I had seen online. The ring arrived today and it is GORGEOUS!!! I am beyond satisfied.The stone is a sparkly, well cut rich blue with just enough light.The Customer Service was friendly and professional as well!!

So happy I visited Dana's today...Got a beautiful bracelet and will be coming back for more soon. Got a second ear piercing. I love it all! A great vibe there. Trina makes shopping simple because she just knows what ya want! The lady who did my ear piercing was wonderful. Have known Dana a long time...she loves what she does and is the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Dana's Fine Jewelry! My mother and I both have been shopping here for as long as I can remember. Every piece of my most important jewelry has been purchased from Dana: My charm bracelet, Confirmation cross, High school and college graduation rings, engagement/wedding rings...Christmas/birthday presents. I LOVE the unique vintage treasures in her estate case and her classic Southern Gates line. Dana and staff are always willing to go above and beyond, and her prices are affordable. She is honest with a kind heart and even donated a charm for an elderly Veteran through a nonprofit I volunteer with to add to a care package. In short, highly recommended is an understatement : )

Always enjoy shopping here! When my husband lost his wedding ring this is the place that helped us the most. There was no pressure. They have a great selection and the staff are very friendly and also very knowledgeable. Their prices can’t be beat!

I got rhodium plating on my wedding rings, my anniversary band resized and my husbands gold necklace fixed and they were amazing! We always get our jewelry taken care of at Dana’s! Their pricing is very affordable and the quality of their work is amazing! We recommend them every time!
