Most incompetent and rude people ive ever dealt with in my life and has the worst customer service of any place ive ever been too. Ill gladly drive twice the distance to another location just to never deal with these people ever again. This place used to be a great pharmacy but, the past 5 -6 months its been some sort of issue every single month from not receiving my request from my doctor (Even though its sent through their Instant E-service from my doctor NOT over the phone) to they are DAYS behind in filling peoples requests and now they just refuse to fill my medicine claiming its too early even though ive got it the same time after my doctors appointment every single month for YEARS... Now ill have to basically get my medicine an extra day after my doctors appointment each month meaning after a few months ill have to wait a week after my doctor visit to get my meds. Eventually after a year or two ill be going to the doctor for medicine i cant pickup till next month... Makes zero sense. All because the new pharmacist says so..

Very rude staff i would close this store down or get all new professional staff in pharmacy department.

I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I was having a pharmacy tech try to help me by the name of Brian or Brad (something like that) and after calling between pharmacies I stated that I would give him a call right back and he said "Well you better hurry because I leave in 20 minutes." I was at a loss for words. Then after he heard my tone he tried to play it off with a "I'm just kidding". I had other problems with this man and in no way shape or form is he professional or even knows how to speak to people. I hate that that one person ruined my whole experience for that pharmacy. I no longer go to CVS.
