“Great place to buy GOOD lumber if you're building something. Their lumber is far superior to Lowe's or Home Depot's lumber. This is my go to place in Hickory if I need to buy lumber for a project for a customer. The prices might be a little higher here, but you're getting a better product than those big box stores.”

“This is a newer store. It replaced one that was a mile or so away. They have a great selection. The staff is helpful. My biggest complaint is the machine screws that I purchase on a regular basis are kind of hit and miss since they are only allowed to stock 1 bag of 50. I have recently started ordering them in advance to ensure they have them. Before I might have to go to multiple locations.”

“I will start by saying a- lumber prices suck right now. B- I got #1 grade lumber vs #2, and the lumber was about as straight and nice as I could have asked for. C- it was delivered for "free". I paid about $50 more compared to lowes, but I almost garuntee if I'd ordered from. Lowes I would have received less then half the quality. Ordered over the phone and delivered on short notice the same day. 4 star is only because it was put beside my house, it was in front. But that's not a deal breaker.”
