I recently had a check engine light come on and wanted some idea what it might be. Plus I needed coolant. He used scanner to look for codes and printed off a sheet of the findings. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Probably had one of the best AutoZone experiences I’ve ever had. I was coming late from work had picked up my kids. I called in asked if he could do everything over the phone since both my kids had fallen asleep. Chris/ Christian was very helpful and understanding with me not being able to leave my car and took my things to the car. Since I was unable too. Amazing experience thanks Chris

Called to get a mechanic recommendation, the person on the phone doesn’t say anything and just hangs up. Then I call back and it’s the same person and they hang up the phone. If you don’t like the job don’t apply or find a new job.

Had a dead lawn mower battery I took in to get tested, the young kid behind the counter groaned when I ask to test. It was bad and only 2 weeks out of warranty. I went next door and bought one from oreillys after that experience. Avoid this store and definitely avoid duralast batteries

Wow!!Where do I begin. After getting fuel at Walmart my car wouldn’t start. I walked from Walmart to your location to purchase a battery. Walk right past the O’rileys. To come to your store. When I can in they were a few people in the back and 2 employees at the batteries talking. I stood at the counter waiting for a few minutes before the phone rang. The one employee got up off the floor and came to the counter asked if I had been helped. I replied no. He then answered the phone. I guess the call was more important than a real customer. In frustration I left and went next door to O’rileys and spent $240 on what I needed and went back and changed my battery.This has to be the worst customer service I have ever had.I will not spend a dime with Autozone again. I will drive as far as I need to get what I want.

I had an awesome experience at The AutoZone located in Newton. Mindy gave me a friendly greeting but Chris was the superstar. I tried replacing my headlight and was not successful. I explained this to Chris and he never once made me feel incompetent but instead his comment were, I respect that you tried. Chris quickly showed me how to replace the bulb and I was able to drive home safely. Thank You Chris!

Customer service was great. The guy working the counter helped me change my headlight bulb without me even asking. Great young man.

Passing through town and my jeep broke down. Needed a new battery. Had to buy a few tools that I didn’t have. Salesman makes mocking statement, “who drives a jeep and doesn’t carry tools?” Here’s your question, “Who sells a battery that doesn’t fit in the vehicle specified?”
