Very friendly staff that seemed to really appreciate you bringing your pets in. They were very prompt in not making you wait. I had my pet seen in 10 minutes after I arrived.

Sabrina is so very super nice. She made Abby's appointment when it was convenient for me and my work schedule. Dr Kraus is just so very caring and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything to me. The two gentlemen who helped with Abby's check up and procedures were super nice and caring.You just know everyone here just loves animals and that means the world to me and Abby.

Dr. Krause and her staff are awesome! They took our dog in with an emergency when our regular veterinarian office of almost 30 years turned us away to an emergency vet that wouldn't have opened for two hours. Dr. Krause' knowledge and quick thinking saved our boys eye. She and her entire staff were very kind, compassionate and welcoming to our dog and us. They all stayed almost two hours after closing time to accommodate us.

OMG AMAZING STAFF. I would rather go to a Vets Office that has very special caring staff then a building that looks really new. They care from the ❤️. Not you pocket. I absolutely and completely adore the entire staff at Newport veterinary clinic. They saved my dogs life. They take all the Time in the world that you need to talk to them, to explain anything, and everything, they make you feel so wonderful, and they really do care. I would never go anywhere else, but this place and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. They truly truly care.! and Sabrina at the front desk is simply an angel!
