“Had a bad situation, where I got in the ocean at Shackelford Island and my shorts were really hurting my legs the salt was rubbing against my legs where it was leaving a burn. So I stopped at Big Lots and bought some shorts two pairs, and those were the most comfortable shorts I ever had helped a lot!”

“A big place with a lot of inventory. Everything you need when you move into your first home after being stationed here. Prices are about the same as off the base and you don't have to pay taxes. Quality name brands that last. Very appreciative to have a PX to go to.”
“Belk’s was the fifth store I visited today to find my grandson some shoes. Not one single sales clerks at the other stores even acknowledged us and actively tried to ignore us. As soon as we walked into Belk’s a women greeted us and asked if she could help. She walked us all the way back to the kids shoe section and helped us find a perfect size 9 shoe for my grandson. Great customer service! So helpful! I’ll be back!”

“As far as Walmarts go this one is pretty good. We went in for beach stuff and found everything we were looking for. The selection was great for beach stuff even at the beginning of August. Store was pretty clean.”
“I surprised and ordered my mother flowers for upcoming Mother’s Day. I ordered her 60 red roses. Which were five bouquet of roses. My mom arrived at her pick up location and associate came out and proceeded to give her the bags and verified who she was. But my mom noticed that she only had four bouquets of flowers so I called into Customer Service . They were unable to find anyone at first so she had to wait then once they found someone they sent her out to help, but unfortunately, she was unable to help as well they were able to contact Sunny. Sunny said she was the manager and that she would go back in the store and grab a bouquet of flowers. Unfortunately the bouquet of flowers were already going bad so my mom asked the manager Sunny if she could go back in and exchange the colors. Sunny said that my mom would have to move her car and go inside and speak to Customer Service to Exchange flowers. Thankfully, I called and spoke to the manager Richard . He was absolutely amazing. Provided great Customer Service and took great care of my mother. He walked her to the flower area and allowed her to pick her flowers. Richard, you’re an amazing manager and thank you so much for taking great care of my mother. I would give five stars, but due to Sunny the manager over in the Pick Up department, I’m only giving four stars.”

“I love this TJ Maxx it has a great selection and pretty good prices. I do believe that some things are a higher price than other stores but location probably plays a part in this as everywhere else around here! Love the store tho!”
