HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The tech could not give me clear answer to my question about a prescription dose and immediately got defensive when I continued asking questions and pushed back against statements like ‘you should probably’ and ‘I guess’. Stated 4 times ‘I’m trying to help you’ when that statement immediately screams the opposite. Then spun the narrative by telling me I could call back when ‘I calmed down’. I guess if an answer is not satisfactory and you challenge it the customer must ‘calm down. The pharmacist got on and immediately defended the tech. When I stated that their standards were low and service horrible she LAUGHED at me. EGREGIOUS BEHAVIOR.

Stopped there on 04/16/23 to buy a Motherday card. They had 11 different cards all in Spanish and only had 5 different in English. I left without buying a card.

I was just in there and the lady up front was nice but the two ladies in the back had a terrible attitude and was very rude. I don't think they knew I could hear them talking but when your working in customer service especially the medical field you should be careful how you talk to/about people. I would never ever go there again.

I was in the are visiting my daughter when I had a painful emergency situation requiring a refill of an old prescription. The folks at CVS made pulling my prescription from my home pharmacy over seamless. True heroes.

I could not ask for a better group of people to take care of my meds they help me better than the Drs do...I love each and every one of them they each take time to answer my questions and make sure I have whatever I need before I leave.. I have been with this group of girls through a couple of name changes and buy-outs and I will continue to stay with them as long as they are there..They are the most caring giving loving girls you will ever meet I am so lucky to have them, to call them my friends my CVS Family and so is CVS.. My CVS Girls Rock!❤️

Our old pharmacy (not cvs) forgot to send our prescription to this new location after we moved. Lisa was nice enough to call the old pharmacy and have them send over the prescription to be filled. She was extremely helpful and polite. She did not have to go the extra mile but she did and we appreciate that.

Great people that are always very helpful and have a smile. I enjoy going there to pick up my prescriptions and other medical necessities. I highly recommend this Pharmacy.
