If you’re looking for a park model, Bogue RV on Hwy 24 has the best selection by far in NC! Diane Harvalias took the time to answer numerous questions, send available floor plans trying to help us find what we were looking for, and even endured going through 20+ units with us on a very hot July day! She and David Vinson were super accommodating and patient even when we had more questions and changes. They were both absolutely amazing to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of RV!

Came into look at a travel trailer a month or so ago. Peytne and David were super helpful and not pushy at all. Came back yesterday to purchase a travel trailer and the process was amazingly smooth. I could not ask for a better experience!

We just recently bought a Puma Destination trailer at the Hwy 24 location. The unit is absolutely beautiful. The entire buying experience was very easy. Our salesman and the sales manager were top notch. The service dept was also very good and informative. Overall a really stress free experience. Also the delivery and setup guys were very professional and really knew what they were doing.

Bogue RV (Hwy 24) got us into the perfect travel trailer for us. The sales lady Diane Harvalias took the time to walk with us through so many campers that I lost track, all while noticing what we liked and didn't like about each one which led to her showing us the perfect camper that we were looking for. She answered all our questions and even took us back to look at some 3 or 4 times. The sale manager David Vinson also was there to help answer any questions that we had and made sure that we got everything in a timely matter. A+ for Bogue RV, very happy and will be sending my family and friends to them.

Buying our new Park Model Tiny Home from Bogue RV Hwy 24 in Newport, NC was a great experience. The Sales Professional (Peytne Douglas) and Sales Manager (David Vinson) were very knowledgeable of the products on their lot. They answered all questions my wife and I asked about different models, floor plans and purchase options. David was very patient, understanding and professional during the sales process. He clearly explained the purchasing, registering and setting up of this type of home. I highly recommend Bogue RV Hwy 24 - “They are a great team!!!”.

Our experience buying, from Bouge RV was a hassle free experience. Sailsman Payton was insightful and realistic. Also noteworthy was Mr. DaveHelped us get ALL the sales and discounts on our 5th. Wheel. Good experience all around.

Nick, the service manager is the most terrible person to work with. He is not a people person and he doesn’t know how to talk to people. He will email you all day but refuses to talk to you on the phone. (probably doesn’t want to get his head chewed off) Other customers in the campground where we live have dealt with him and he’s lied to their face. Bogue RV has gotten a bad name here because of his rude customer service. Read the reviews!

First of all the only reason I gave a one-star is because there's nothing lower. I originally called Bogue RV service department to ask Nick if they had service techs familiar with the Schintek slides outs, he stated they did. I requested that he send one out to remove a slide-out motor from the wall on my 5th wheel toy hauler. The tech arrived and spent a couple of hours on the phone to manufacturer support, YouTube, and Google trying to figure out how to get the motor out of the wall. At the end of the day after several hours he never got the motor out. He disassembled my sliding glass door and left it that way, then attempted to put a water valve in the toilet, forgot to put the O-ring in the water valve, flooded the bathroom floor twice, destroyed the foot pedal valve prying it off on multiple attempts to get the water valve installed correctly...... and then Nick, from the service department Bogue RV stated they should collect the full service charge of $312.00. This is going to small claims court. Stay AWAY from this service dept at all costs.

Bought a camper from them in November of 23. Never used the heater other than to turn it on. It comes on an blows but no heat. Well with no heat the water heater line in the box busted. Luckily no damage. Service tech came out last Wednesday. It's been a week and no call so I called at Nick states the service tech just turned his paperwork in yesterday and he will put in the warranty claim today or tomorrow. Not impressed with the service tech if he held on to the paperwork and not impressed with Nick with checking on his techs.

This review is SOLELY for Diane H. At Bogue RV. She is phenomenal sales person and I would highly recommend doing business with her hands down if you’re looking for a camper/RV/Park model. I appreciate all your due diligence and help. Hopefully in the future I will be able to do business with you!
