WARNING!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT STORE YOUR GOODS at this storage facility. Not secure. It's really a joke. They have 2 storage locations. The security gate at one of the locations has been broke for months and anyone can drive right through. One of the doors to get into inside units has been broke over a year or so letting any temp control they say they have to be compromised. The other location where the main office is has a gate that works but no fence attached to it so you can just drive around it and has been that way for years. Its almost comical. Temp control means sometimes its on and sometimes its not.

Never answer the phone so i can pay my bill. I live in indiana and i use my debit card to pay . but today is the 8th. Mailbox full I've left 8 sms. 8 emails and no call back.

Awful customer service! I booked a rental 1 month prior to my son's birthday party and they told me to contact them if i needed anything changed. I called, left messages, and e-mailed to ask them to come earlier, and I got no response. I also changed my number so i wanted them to have my new one so they could find my house the day of the party. I started to really worry whether they were going to show up or not, so i went with another rental. They did show up but I didn't need them at that point. I was very disappointed that I had to feel so uneasy about them showing up or not. Very unreliable and poor lack of management.

Poor customer service. When you call and leave a message they never call you back. If you need a unit, call Warren Benton at ACME self storage. He will answer your call.

I have items in a unit that is paid and up to date, it's never been behind and they "accidentally" put a 2nd lock on the unit. After multiple contacts they finally responded without a resolution. We've been told they can only have it removed once a week, that the gentleman that takes care of their lock issues isn't readily available. Seeing as we have to use THEIR locks, I'm not sure how this is even an issue, despite the fact we're paid in full. If we weren't expecting a baby any day now this might not be such an inconvenience however our crib is locked up and we can't get any help from the business owners. Renters beware!

Ok I have rented from them 3 months ago and everything was great but i rented from them this weekend and it was very bad. When we got the bounce house it was in really bad shape to the point where the kids could only use one slide because the other was missing the step and there were tears everywhere i wish that I would have known before hand. Quite a bit of money for something in that shape.
