Lady on the phone was rude when trying to order a part… all they have to do is look up the vin which i had available and a part number… which i also had available. Body work and paint is good from past experience. customer service or whoever answers the phone could be better.. called another body shop and got the part ordered, wish it wouldve been that easy to support H&K…

Fantastic work on my repairs. Had parts and had them painted in no time. They fixed everything and detailed my car before giving it back! Will definitely use their services for paint and other repairs needed in the future. Highly recommend them for all auto needs. They also worked well with my insurance and saved me a ton of headache! You can’t go wrong taking your vehicle here!

If you're ever in an accident (your fault or not) PLEASE call H&K Auto Shop @704-982-2886!A guy ran into the passenger side of my car in Albemarle NC and H&K now has it looking like it's brand new. Their Service, Professionalism, Friendliness( at a stressful time) and Prices are Absolutely Awesome They even washed and vacuumed it before I picked it up Thank y'all so much for fixing and taking great care my RAV-4!

Amazing service and team whom are so precious to work with! I have taken my vehicles there multiple times to be repaired and they go above and beyond! Top of the line support regarding Insurance, payment, and timeline of vehicle maintenance.They also detail and wash my car…. It’s amazing. Makes you want to have another claim just so you can visit…?? I’m kidding but seriously great ppl, local town business that still cares about YOU.

This place is awesome! They fixed my brand new 2022 ram 1500 Rocky Ridge with perfection and were done in under a month. Pricing was fair and the quality of the work is exquisite ? ?.They even went the extra mile and detailed the inside and outside so my ride was looking spitshine perfect . Highly highly recommend ?

Wow!! My car was rear ended pretty badly to the point I didn’t know if it was going to be totaled. I was very nervous about any body shop working on my car. H & K came highly recommended so I chose them and I’m so thankful I did! My car seriously looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier in my choice with them. I very seldom write a review but this group has done a wonderful job for me. It's been a couple years since the front end on my car was fixed (truck backed into it) and it still looks like new.
