Hey guys I'm Asst Manager here and there are so many great people I have met since in been working there. I'm so sorry to here about some of you guys bad experiences, the ones you are referring to is no longer there. We are not going to tolerate that behavior of our team. Please come back and check us out and I hope if you do you will experience a better staff. Please see Penny if you do.Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas are so close together so here at the Dollar Tree section I have all kinds of goodies for these days. You know the best thing about it its all only $1.25.MARY IS A CUSTOMER OF OURS. SHE IS THE SWEETEST LADY. FROM THE FIRST DAY I MET HER THERE WE INSTANTLY CONNECTED AND SHE CALLS MYSELF AND ANOTHER COWORKER OF OF OURS HER FAVORITE. CHRISTMAS SHE BOUGHT TINA AND MYSELF CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. IT IS A PLEASURE TO HAVE HER AND SO MANY GREAT PEOPLE LIKE MARY HONOR US WITH THEIR PRESENCE EVERY WEEK. NO T A TIME THAT GOES BY SHE DONT TELL ME SHE LOVES MAKES MY WORK A LITTLE EASIER AND SO GLAD I GOT HIRED HERE. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MARY YOUR THE BEST!

I love this store #134919They have great staff that are friendly and will go above and beyond to get you what they don't have..It saves me a drive to Richfield...They treat me like family!!

Just what Badin Lake needed! Build a Family Dollar across from Dollar General. I would guess local real estate sold some of his land and got $$$. We are not a city and don't want to turn into one... speaking for myself!

I visited your new Family Dollar Store (#13419) at 2481 BLAINE RD., New London, NC on 07/03/2023.We bought several items and when we got home realized the Talenti ice cream we purchased was a liquid. We attempted to return it several hours later and spoke with the manager Tori at this location. Tori went to the freezer section and returned with a ice cube in her hand and said the freezers were working fine so there was nothing she could do for me. I was in disbelief but left the store. I realized I left the receipt with her so I went back in to get it.I decided to walk back to the freezer and check for myself. I found that ALL THE ICE CREAMS were as soft as soup and clearly should be pulled from the shelf. I took 2 to the front of the store and showed Tori that none of them were solid. She still acted like a refund was not going to happen unless I wanted to talk on the phone to her manager. After discussing the situation with her, her voice rose significantly. I asked to not speak this way to me (loudly, just about screaming). She the accused me of raising my voice; which never happened. I asked her “Don’t you have cameras here in your store so that your managers can see how you are talking to me?” She said yes we do. She was disrespectful, loud and rude. I also heard her talk poorly to the guy cashier (maybe Zach?).I would welcome management to watch back her interaction with me from 8:00 pm to 8:15 pm yesterday (7/3/23) to witness her interaction.Additionally, I would look into her management style (or lack of) and seek other options.This store is new and we were happy it opened. However, we will not be shopping here again.I attempted to do your online survey which isn’t working so that left me to do this review.I think this should be reported to the health department as there is significant concern about selling frozen items that are not stored at the proper temperature.
