Their repairs to a jetski lasted two days. Total waste of money. I will never take anything back to them. It took a month for the repair.

Jordan and Team were excellent in installing a tire brought to them to replace a tire with nail in it. Went to them late on Fri afternoon and out in a jiffy at a very reasonable price. Keep up the great work!Service: Tires

Took a jet ski last year and had the stator replaced it took 6 months the first time to fix it. Got it back rode it 1 time and it did the same exact thing. Took it back they have now had it for 3 months. Went in today to check progress and was told they replaced several parts on it but still didn't work. Was advised it was basically a parts jet ski now since they couldn't fix it. Went back to pick up my jet ski since they couldn't fix it and was told no because they didn't know which parts were theirs that they had put on it. Not very professional. And I'm at a lost on what to do now since they can't fix it and won't give it back and even if I get it back how do I know what parts were actually mine and what junk parts they would switch out.

My husband and I have been customers since they where located at corner of 49. My husband took our pontoon boat to them 3 weeks ago for some service, he checked on it the week of the 16th on Tuesday, they where working on it, we never heard anything, he dropped by on Thursday to find it was ready, no one had called us, while trying to get boat he was ignored, finally got invoice, waited on them to pull boat out, to find out after 15 minutes or so, he asked, are they going to pull it out, was told, it’s over beside of building, No one offered to help hitch it up, they showed no customer service. Very disappointing, when a business begins to expect instead of appreciate. Need to remember us helped grow your business. So disappointed!
