Everything with this firm started out very well. The gentleman who contacted me by email was very cordial and seemed eager to help. At the end of every email he ended with the line saying if I had any concerns or questions please feel free to let him know. I explained what services I needed and he gave an estimate. I am very detailed about what I do so I requested someone visit and view the project so I would know exactly what we were talking about. We set a time and his guys showed up right on time. Punctuality is something I look for when I deal with a company. The crew came in and explained what they thought and I was given an estimate for that scenario. At this point things began to deteriorate. I requested another estimate for a different level of service because I wanted to weigh all my options before committing to a contract. When I requested the third figure be given to me in the form of a formal quote I also informed the gentleman I was going to have other companies give me estimates and make a final decision. At this point he said he did not see any point in continuing with my project saying that I had been given enough information as well as a home visit and seemed displeased I would be seeking other estimates. He stated he was very busy and wished me luck. I regret that he felt like I was wasting his time just because I wanted to be sure about what I was purchasing. Hopefully, one of the other companies I talk to will be able to help me with my project. It’s great that his business is doing so well, but a little more concern and patience for a potential customer’s needs would have been greatly appreciated.
