2 years and I call every time before I go. They have answered the phone 1 time in 2 years. If you dont have enough employees to answer the phone hire more.

Katherine (teller) VERY rude. She yelled at me in the lobby very imbarrasing. She should have a JOB in vault where she does not come into contact with people. I was ready to CLOSE my account if it had not been for the help of a very nice personal banker Chris Johnson.

Theresa was really nice and pleasant! Please get them some more help on the weekends two people doesn’t cut it. Although staffing may be an issue during the pandemic.

The staff at this location are friendly, welcoming and always helpful. They truly know how to have a conversation to get to know and connect with you. Not to mention they're knowledge. Whether it's a simple deposit or more complex request, they're there to assist. Need a notary...no problem...they have several who can help. Their lobby is open, so you can walk in without an appointment.

Just met my new best friend today, Chris Johnson. Went in to open up checking account, Chris took great care of me in a very professional, polite manner--a compete 180 degree turn from my experience at BB&T. I clearly made the right decision to bank here, and I know Chris has my back which makes all the difference in the world these days in these stressful times. If you want to open an account here, I highly recommend this location, everyone there is super awesome.
