CROOKS, do not go to this location. They will force you into services without asking, they will force you into over priced accessories, put them on your device incorrectly and not say anything. When you pay your buyout price for your phone they will not give you the receipt and you will have to pay it on your bill as well.

Something shady going at this store from some employees, I had two different employees take pictures of my Id my debit card the front and back of both , said for the first couple months my bill would be doubled but by 3rd month I should get lower bill according to my plan . Actually had another employee there tell me not to trust the guy who was handling our contract . Some employees need to be investigated there if you ask me

I had a great experience at the New Bern Verizon store today! A sales associate, James Jacob, made the process of purchasing and and transferring files to my new phone painless. This young man was very knowledgeable about the products Verizon offers and was both very friendly and professional. He made it a pleasure doing business with Verizon.

Joshua was a huge help to us in upgrading 5 phones on the Saturday after thanksgiving. So patient with us when several of us are not all that tech savvy! I always go to this store when I need help with my many verizon devices!!

No one ever answers the phone at this location it just always rings. Also never have correct dates for anything such as shipping products you went thru this location to get or buy. And inventory is slim from phones to cases.

Very disappointed with the deceptive service at this Verizon center. We were charged a $35 "phone setup fee" for each phone which we didn't ask for, didn't need, and didn't know about. Even examining the receipt you pass it the first time assuming it's the - also priced $35 - Phone Activation fee (NOT charged at the store when you start; shows up on the first bill). I can transfer data from my old phone via the cloud and certainly don't need the salesman to sit there for almost an hour to watch it download. Also wanted to purchase a 128GB iPhone 15 but when I got home and started actually using the phone I discovered the salesman had snuck in the 256GB version even though we spoke about and confirmed we were both getting the 128GB versions. Up-charged for a plan (Ultimate Plus) even though we asked for Ultimate Welcome for one of our lines. Next time just save yourself time, money, and frustration and do everything online (you can even trade in a phone online!).

Switched from AT&T. Was a good bundle deal for phone and service but now regretting the switch because the service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! You will show 1-2 bars and not get any service, messages won’t send , FB won’t load, etc… which is a little ridiculous these days. Currently trying to figure out how to switch back.
