Driver dropped packages into my yard from the window of her car. I ask the office if they'd have her put them on the porch, driver holds a grudge for years after and won't deliver packages OR mail if my dogs are outside because there's a "beware of dog sign" (driver has been seen interacting and petting the dogs before the complaint was made). Brought it up to the manager of the location, manager backs the driver based on the drivers word.

Employees here have no idea how to do their job and have zero knowledge of services offered. They are too lazy and ignorant to do things right, charging for services they can’t provide and refusing to provide services that every post office provides. I was told I could not do overnight shipping even though I was clearly well within the time frame to do so. I was offered two day priority instead and was told that was my only option. Employee never mentioned or offered priority express, knowing I needed this to get to its destination asap. It’s now been 3 days and my package is nowhere to be found and no one has any answers yet I still have to pay for the “service”.

Mail service in the Larksville, Duffyfield, area is poor every since the retired Air Force guy was taken off the route some years ago. I doubt if mail is even being delivered daily. We deserve regular competent service over here too.

Absolutely horrible service. I dropped a package off a week ago and there’s no update, no way to get in touch with anyone till I can get back over to the post office. Trash service.

Went in today to renew our passports. Danny assisted us and he was wonderful! He was professional ,
courteous , knowledgeable and ensured all forms were filled out accurately. What a pleasurable experience it was. Thank you Danny you are so appreciated. Also the young lady at the front desk should also be commended for her friendly manner. Great service at Glenbernie post office. Thank you

Losses packages & just marks them as delivered when they have never been delivered. Supervisors never come to the front when they are called by employees. Front desk Empoyees are always nice and helpful.

Came in today to return a package and the woman named Sharron (I think that was her name) was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Great customer service, very nice and got me in and out. Give that women a raise!!!!

Called about questions I had regarding some stuffThe call was answered very quickly and the representative was very nice, ive noticed some of the reviews here are negative so i was expecting a bad experience but it wasnt that way at all. It depends on who answers your call honestly but they were informative and helpful to me so i give a high rating ☺️

Clean, plenty of parking with easily accessible entries and exits. The individuals working were very helpful.I think too much blame is attributed to folks that don't have control over the conditions.
