I was in the store for over 20 min looking to add a phone to my plan and the 2 guys in there didn't even say hi or hold on we will be right with you they where just chatting. I think I will be going somewhere else. This is poor customer service.

I've been a loyal customer for many years. For some reason Coverage is been steadily growing worse for the past three years. USCcellular answer, buy bosters. I'll going to a different carrier. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was visiting my dad, and he has US Cellular. I did not feel comfortable with him going to a phone store by himself because I did not want him to get taken advantage of. However, Latasha made my dad feel very comfortable and explained everything to him!! (He was switching from android to iPhone) and I can not thank her enough. Thank you for treating us like family!!

Nice and knowledgeable employees. I got a samsung s22 and I love it. Had a google before this phone will never buy another Google again. Apps crashed, didn't register I pressed the screen, slow response time.

I have been having issues with my phone cutting off. Dan explained to me why and installed a new sim card. He was very nice and treated me with respect.

The storefront isnt so bad, although the service they provide is borderline useless. It's a regional carrier that piggybacks off the major networks. Speeds are slow, reception is spotty, 5G isnt true 5G and often is slower than 4G. Depriorization, no true unlimited, rural coverage has gotten worse. The list could go on.

Went in and stood around for over 10 minutes and not 1 single employee acknowledged my presence to let me know they'd be with me shortly. Absolutely no intention of going back. No excuses. Poor management.
