Quinn (who typically works at the New Bern branch) was at the Morehead City branch the other day. This associate was so helpful, engaging, and patient as he helped me trouble shoot my broken phone and when advising me to transition to a new phone.

Just letting you know l had a major problem with no way to fix.....but the young man Quinn helped me get my phone back in order.. He was very patient and understanding he was very professional, he was simply amazing! He saved my day. He's a great member at US Cellular!
