We were recommended to go to United by the customer service person at the Reserve at Genburnie apartments. We were greeted by Angela. She was so nice she had us set up with a storage garage in 20 minutes. I used the bathroom and it was very clean. The climate controlled storage was spotless also. I highly recommend...

Excellent. No problems at all. I like my climate-controlled storage locker. Very peaceful, could meditate in there. Sometimes I hear a piano. A piano teacher gives lessons there!

Our newest of 3 facilities in New Bern, the Trent Center is state-of-the art and must be seen to be believed! This facility has generous 40’ wide concrete drive aisles that can accommodate 53’ tractor trailers with ease! Trent Center has mostly climate-controlled units, but we have many non-climate to offer as well. We have a wide selection of over-sized units up to 15’x30’ in size. All units of 15’+ depth have interior lighting and duplex receptacles. We also offer a $35 Move-In Special for all units and a FREE use of our moving truck. Store with us and our customer service team will meet your every need!
