The folks at Trent truly exceeded all expectations. I was driving in from 2 hours away, didn’t get to the dealership until after 4 pm (on a Friday) and they got me in and out so fast I was back home in time for dinner. Chris Brown and his team at Trent Cadilliac GMC did an awesome job throughout all of the steps of purchasing of our Sierra 2500 HD Crew Cab Truck. Chuck, the sales manager, was also excellent to work with as well as the final step with Josh at the finance/warranty dept with finalizing paperwork. Even though we did not finance or purchase an extended warranty, he was courteous and helpful. Salesperson Ron Polk approached me while I was walking around their sales lot, he wasn’t overly aggressive and listened to what vehicle I was considering. Ron was familiar with their inventory and didn’t have to search for vehicle’s matching my criteria, we walked straight to vehicles matching my requirements.Ron was very knowledgeable on the products and how they functioned and highlighted the items that had been added or changed since my present 2020 GMC Sierra AT4 was manufactured. Ron took the time during a test ride to demonstrate some of the vehicles functions.After deciding to purchase the vehicle Ron made sure the new vehicle was detailed, filled up and that my phone was paired up with the interior and exterior systems.I had located these vehicles matching my needs on the GMC build and locate website, even though this dealership was a more than three hour drive one way and would require passing several other GMC dealerships I decided to make the drive. As the result I purchased a brand new 2024 GMC AT4.Keep up the good work,Neil

We had a not ideal situation occur that was completely out of control of the dealership. They stood by us as the situation was attempted to get resolved. Even when we all realized there was so resolution , they stepped in and helped us go another direction and got us in a car that is the perfect fit for us We chose this dealership because they put families first and that is what they did for us. Ron Polk was wonderful to work with as he guided us through it all. We would highly recommend Trent and Ron!

Wayne is a blessing to your dealership with a constant smile on his face and an upbeat attitude. Even when he is busy with a stack of paperwork, he takes time to take care of the customer. I appreciate the videos and explanation of what is going on with the vehicle as it lends to honesty. Continue to look out for the customer as the reason for being there (no gimmicks), just straightforward professionalism, and you will have the customers you need.

We stopped in to look at a new Yukon and met with Mr. Hansel Bridges. He understood that we were on the fence and he was willing to sit and have a candid conversation with us about the pros/cons. He seemed like he really cared more about our family making the right financial choice than he did about selling a car. We ended up not buying new at this time, but when we decide to in the future I will come back and ask for Mr. Hansel. I really appreciate the way he treated us.

When I purchased my vehicle Hansel informed me the hood had to be painted. I still drove it home for a week and had no problems with the vehicle and returned it later to have the hood painted. They kept my car for 3-4 days. When I got the vehicle back I drove it a few days later to discover my seat memory settings and everything had been changed. My keychain was missing and something I had in the armrest was moved to the glove compartmenT. Now all types of alarms are doing off saying my vehicle needs service. then a week later my car won't start. I've only had this vehicle a little over a month and I'm already having issues. 0/10 do not recommend buying from here. You really sell me a car with a faulty battery or charging system!? I've never in my years of buying vehicles have had any issues with a car I've bought from a reputable dealership. I feel like I got this car from a buy here pay here. But they won't receive another dollar from me. You don't do people wrong.
