When I purchased my vehicle Hansel informed me the hood had to be painted. I still drove it home for a week and had no problems with the vehicle and returned it later to have the hood painted. They kept my car for 3-4 days. When I got the vehicle back I drove it a few days later to discover my seat memory settings and everything had been changed. My keychain was missing and something I had in the armrest was moved to the glove compartmenT. Now all types of alarms are doing off saying my vehicle needs service. then a week later my car won't start. I've only had this vehicle a little over a month and I'm already having issues. 0/10 do not recommend buying from here. You really sell me a car with a faulty battery or charging system!? I've never in my years of buying vehicles have had any issues with a car I've bought from a reputable dealership. I feel like I got this car from a buy here pay here. But they won't receive another dollar from me. You don't do people wrong.

on vacation here, went to get an oil change & tire rotation. The check in guy didn't even acknowledge me for 22 minutes as he was flirting with the fancy woman in the Escalade. When he finally came over he said 'did they tell you when you made your appointment we don't service white vehicles?' I said excuse me and then he said oh what are you here for? I told him and he said oh we wouldn't have time for that you should have made an appointment. Wow, I'm from out of state and have had a Cadillac for 10 years never have had to make an appointment for this nor have I ever been spoken to like this. We're most likely being relocated here and I will definitely not return here

We are so happy with Tommy at Trent Cadillac/Buick The customer service we have received from Tommy is way above any dealership we have ever dealt with. We would highly recommend Tommy in buying a vehicle, he doesn't forget you, after selling or leasing you a car. Tommy is so pleasant and helpful and continues to be, which is so refreshing. We were very lucky when we walked in the dealership and was greeted by Tommy, it was the most relaxed and stress free encounter with our new vehicle. Looking forward to many years! Trent has always been the best dealership around with the best service department around hands down. I hope new ownership continues the same traditions and continue to treat customers and employees like family.Please bring back the courtesy cars to the service department for people that work and have busy schedules. That is/ was the biggest reason why I continue to come back. May have to rethink on where to go for future service and tires.

Excellent customer service is almost non-existent these days but Mike Pecha went over and beyond to make my buying experience fantastic. The whole process, Mike, the finance manager, even the gentleman who came to pick me up was so friendly. Truly made me feel like royalty! This is my 5th brand new Escalade purchase and this surpassed every experience by a milestone. I wouldn't rank Trent as excellent....I would say EXCEPTIONAL!
