I am so disappointed in this practice. I called This morning I called to get an appointment for my dog. My dog had been scratching and biting one foot, had eaten the hair off part of his rear end and was scratching his ears constantly. He is and always have been on flea preventative so he needed to be seen! After waiting on the phone while a uninformed person who couldn't find my records after I spelled my name seven times comes back after 13 minutes and tells me that I can have an appointment SEPTEMBER FIRST! I have paid this vet thousands of dollars over the years! And my dog needed help. She also told me that they keep appts open for real emergencies. I understand that you are short a vet but stop being so cheap and hire another vet. Seriously, take a class on business management and teach your telephone staff some manners.

I am absolutely thrilled about the excellent care that my doodle puppy received today from Dr Stelma. My pupper has been having unfortunate diarrhea for several days and I was very concerned for his health, especially since he is so young and still growing. I'm also new to the area and I was worried about who to find as a new health provider for my animals. Due to COVID restrictions, we had to wait in our car to get called, but we didn't wait more than ten minutes. We got to meet Dr Stelma right away, he came to the waiting room to greet Loki and he welcomed us into the exam room. Dr Stelma asked a thorough history and gave us a very detailed explanation of what he was thinking. He spent almost 30 minutes with us, which is new to me, I'm used to vets looking at my pets for 5 minutes and you never see them again. We were able to get some medicine for Loki and even got an appointment to get his last puppy shots. I am very impressed with this clinic and I will be bringing the rest of my pets here!

Very professional, clean and friendly. They are always so busy it's hard to get an appointment but it's worth the wait. They are good with prices as well.

This office has the nicest staff and the most caring veterinarians. They are experts in Great Danes and have treated my dogs extremely well. They are kind and gentle with my big girls, and I'm so thankful I moved my veterinary care to Animal Care Center

ACC is hands down the best vet practice ever! The staff love and are amazing with my animals. Dr. Stelma is very detailed and makes everything easy to understand and I am so blessed to have a vet that truly cares about the animals. Erika is great beyond words. She has been with my felines since they were kittens and it was a joy to find she has returned to ACC.

We have been using Animal Care for over 11 years. We have 4 cats and a dog. The care we receive has always been excellent. We have also seen most or all of the vets at one time or another and all have shown compassion and a caring attitude. We find their pricing to be outrageous, but then what vet isn't. Their building is in desperate need of modernization as it is very dated. They need to put money into it!! I would recommend this practice!
