I pulled in to the gas station with zero gas and was so glad to be there. Went inside and bought a Pepsi and a quart of oil and $10 worth of gas which total $23 in the end. Went outside and pumped my gas. Closed up my gas cap started driving and noticed that I’m still on empty. Thinking what happened did the pump just not work? So I went back inside. And the guy inside said that if I looked at my receipt, it showed that I got 0 gallons of gas and was charged zero dollars for it . Then I showed him my PayPal debit card that I paid for it with showing the original charge in the amount of $23, not just $13…and no gas. Would he let me pump my $10 in gas? No because he insisted he would be short in his cash register if he did . I explained to him he was going to be $10 over in his cash register because of the charge being for $10 more than it should’ve been but he just didn’t get that. No company should hire a person who can’t add and let them work a cash register. Meanwhile, He said he didn’t have the authority to do any credits .or to let me pump the gas. Which by this time had timed out on the gas pump. So here I am, 105° outside, no gas in my car, 66 years old with heart problems and I’m trying to get home. I did ask him for the managers phone number which he would not give to me. I asked him to call the manager while I was there and he would not because he said that he wouldn’t want a call on a Sunday. Obviously, he’ll never ever make manager in his life if you think it’s a five day week eight hour job with no responsibilities lol. And he was really truthfully, enjoying, giving me a hard time. I have never seen worse customer service in my life, and because of his attitude, this young man needs to be terminated.
He kept saying that the $10 was going to just show up back on my card magically. Well, it has not, it is not pending, and disputing the transaction takes anywhere from 45 to 90 days. When he cashed out today between credit cards and cash, he should have been $10 over. I wonder if he was and if he let anybody know why.

Advertise all over for hot food but everything is empty besides the hot dogs so I figured I’d settle for that… just to find out they have no buns as well. Parking lot has severe issues that have not been fixed for a long time and pumps need attended to very bad. Bugs and dirt all over the outside this property along with trash and fluid spills. sad how downhill it has gone.

Love this store I stop for slurpees as much as possible and even drag my friends by to get one too and the employees are always great and new manager is cool as hell
