This experience is worth mentioning in a positive way. The people at Riverside worked with us when other big dealerships barely gave us their time. We were treated with respect, and had a few light-hearted giggles. All the staff seemed to carry themselves with an under current of virtuous behavior. The truck is great! They got it ready for us and gave a great deal on the trade in. I would recommend Riverside. Thank you!

Had a wonderful Jeep buying experience with Paul Morgan this weekend. He asked all the right questions to gauge what type of vehicle I might be interested in, walked me through all the options, and did not pressure me into making any decisions. Car shopping has always been a stressful experience for me, but that was not the case with Paul. After deciding on a Jeep, Paul walked me through all the features and answered all of my questions. If you are on the market for a new vehicle and want a positive shopping experience, ask for Paul. 100% recommend for first-time buyers or anyone who feels anxious when making large purchases.

Buying a car at Riverside was a very pleasurable experience for me. Brett was very accommodating and provided a comfortable pressure-free atmosphere during the entire visit. Nick was also great and very informative when finalizing the deal on the financial side. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and that I chose Riverside.

My husband and I had the best experience ever at this dealership. DeAngelo Murrell made buying a car so easy. I highly recommend that if you are looking to buy, ask for him!! You will not be sorry. His honesty and willing to listen to what we needed was very refreshing to say the least.

I just bought my second vehicle from Riverside Dodge and Will. He listens very well to what I needed and what I could afford. Even after the sell of both vehicles he took the time to reach out to me to make sure everything was still good or if there was anything he could help me with. Any services I had done on my first Dodge he would always stick his head in the service center to say hello. On one service on my Birthday he even had a cupcake for me when I got there to drop my car off. I have always been treated with the BEST CARE from everyone there and will send anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to them and Will.I'm one HAPPY CUSTOMER! Gave me a good deal on my purchase and gave me the highest trade value on my trade out of the 3 dealerships I inquired with. Alan called to introduce himself after I scheduled the appointment, met me at the car! Had the car pulled up and ready to go! He was informative and friendly! Go. See. Lee. Seriously! Best decision you will make. After horrible experiences recently at another dealership, I was referred (he gets a lot of those btw) to Lee at Riverside. Made the experience SO EASY. Who can say that a dealership made buying a car easy? Especially as a woman. Everything I said was HEARD. Did not try once to sell me anything I didn’t want or ask for. Got the Jeep off my dreams!Again, go see him if you want to be treated right and have an EASY experience.

Riverside CDJR was awesome to deal with. These guys did everything they promised. Paul Morgan was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond as he did most of the communicating with me over Email as my work schedule is crazy. I have always wanted a 4 door Jeep and I just didn't think it was ever going to happen however Paul set me up nicely in a Jeep Wrangler with the works! I'm definitely impressed with the dealership all together as even the finance department had me in and out without any high pressure sales! you guys really have it together and I will definitely recommend you to go see Paul and the team on your next purchase. If its possible they will find a way to make it happen. Thanks again guys.

Went there for a new car and nothing but help and smiles through my whole experience! DeAngelo murrell is the man to speak to, if there’s ANY car on the lot you’re interested in he will not give up until you drive that car off the lot in your NAME! I mean he was awesome , Also everyone else that worked there was very kind and helped me through my purchase as well. I %100 recommend anyone that wants a car to swing by.

I'm always a little anxious when I go to dealerships, I feel pressure and I'm not a fan of pressure when it comes to buying something. When we drove up in our minivan, we parked in front of a minivan they had on display right in front. My thoughts were, that's beautiful, but there is no way we can have that.We entered their building (and it is beautiful as well) and we were introduced to Jermaine. From the start he was humble and kind and he listened. We spent a few hours with Jermaine, he walked us from one side of the lot to the other showing us different cars and vans at our request.Every time we walked, we walked past that minivan we saw at first and we started asking about it. It was a bit more than we wanted to do, but they worked with us. I like running numbers in my head and they actually came to a place where we were satisfied!Jermaine's patience, humor and detail oriented approach felt like we were buying from a friend, someone who actually cared about us. Yes, I understand good sales is based around that very idea, I work in a field that requires good relationships to get things done, but at the end of the day, Jermaine made us feel that way.Riverside was very fair to us and gave us a good deal on our new Brilliant Black S Package Pacifica. As I write this, my wife is in our driveway, sitting in the driver seat, placing her sun shade in the dash and just taking it in. I'm glad that I can give her and my kids such a safe and excellent vehicle to drive around in.Thank you Riverside for being a solid business, not only for your products and services, but for the opportunity to meet folks like Jermaine "G" Cooper.Go see him, he'll take good care of you too.

As a woman, car dealerships can be intimidating places. My salesperson Will was phenomenal! He treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. His friendly attitude and calm demeanor put me at ease right away. The finance team also did a fantastic job. I love my new Subaru and I highly recommend.

I went to trade in my Wrangler that I had leased. They advised me that I would owe them $3,000 for the surrender fee and mileage overage. That is not how a lease works. First, if you trade it in, there is no surrender fee! Second, mileage overages are only if you surrender only and don't trade! Top it off, my mileage was no where near a cost of $2600! I explained that to them. They said because I didn't have my original lease paperwork, they could charge over any mileage they chose. I did have my paperwork, but it was not needed since I was trading it. I gathered my papers and asked for my key. They looked at me like I was crazy and said they didn't have the key. I asked again. I was handed my key and told good luck that nobody else would give me what they did. I drove to Mike Toler. No mileage overage! No surrender fee! They were able to get me in a better vehicle for less than Riverside was offering! They are rude and condescending at Riverside! This was the second time I had dealt with them as I had an oil change there before. I had a coupon from them for my Wrangler for a 39.00 oil change that was 90.00 at checkout. They said its due to a "fine" for needing more than the traditional amount of oil and environmental issues. Then why send a coupon with my specific vehicle on it? They're ridiculous!

Nick and Kyle were amazing! They were able to get me approved on a 2020 Toyota Camry for my wife. Kyle was able to get me approved and even got in contact with the bank to help me get a better rate. Nick hand selected the best warranties for me to pick from that best fit my car, the miles, and the year. I left feeling great and like I was very well taken care of. The knowledge of the business that they both possess is out of this world! Thank you both for making her day with a new car! 10/10 would definitely come again??
