I recently had several dents removed and a long scratch on my truck's passenger side fixed by Rite Touch, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their transparency and professionalism were top-notch. They worked swiftly without compromising quality, and now my truck looks amazing and like new! Absolutely incredible experience. I dropped my car off with them before going on vacation because someone hit my rear quarter panel with their door and left a deep scratch. I picked it up and you can’t even tell where the damage was. I 1000% recommend them for any needs you have.

Got a dent in the driver door of my brand new car. Made an appointment with Rite Touch after another business on Hwy17 told me they couldn't help me. Best place in town for minor body repairs, touch ups, headlight restorations, paintless dent repair, etc etc etc. Stop by them first, if they can't save you money no one can. You get what you pay for is the old saying but here you get quality and a great price!!

(TL;DR: Amazing work ethic, works long hours, and goes above and beyond while taking pride in his work!!) Shane with Rite Touch is amazing! It is hard to find someone with such strong work ethic and friendliness these days! I bought a new car and within two weeks I was in a hail storm. I had never been in a hail storm before, but apparently that was my luck. :.-(. The first person I called (after my husband to let him know about the damage) was the car dealer to see if by any chance there would be any coverage for it. Of course the answer was no, but they recommended I call Shane with Rite Touch because that is who they use for such repairs. So I immediately did. This was at around 5:30pm. Shane was very nice and said he would come by that evening after dropping off another car to take a look at the damage. In the meantime he said I should call my insurance company and let me know what to expect. Around 30 min later, Shane and another person (sorry I can't remember his name) arrived and assessed the damage. He gave me the estimate and asked to let him know after my insurance assessor assessed the damage for the claim, and we could hopefully get everything taken care of pretty quickly. Long story short, the insurance assessor missed some of the damage. When I sent Shane the estimate around 8pm on a Friday, he called me around 8:30pm and said he could tell where damage was missed. He offered to call the insurance assessor on Monday, offer to meet him at my work, and show the missed damage so that my insurance would cover the cost. After all was said and done on Monday, we get the green light to proceed. Parts had to be ordered but the Rite Touch team was able to get out all the dents and dings in the meantime. They brought my car home in the evening and I spotted some minor imperfections (dings) still present. Shane and his helper took a decent amount of time very carefully getting out the dings completely! He never worried about if and when insurance would send the checks, just that the car was fixed and looked great! When they pets arrived, they were quickly replaced and my car looks new again!! Hopefully it will stay looking that way for longer this time! I really couldn't have asked for a better repair process from Rite Touch!!
