A couple of people working in the deli where you order hot food to go, I question. They are there to serve, even if people get in their nerves. It can make it break business.
The last time I was there, a female made my plate. I couldn't believe it, but she was skimpy with the serving, whereas, prior to, I saw male servers pile food on your to-go plate. Maybe she didn't like me for whatever reason, in which I say, it's a shame.
Customer service needs improving. Be fair to everyone whether you like them or not.
