“it’s too valuable to find a good pharmacy and THIS Realo Drugs is the best I’ve ever been to. They truly take care of you. Never have I gotten a call back a couple days later whenever I’ve picked up antibiotics for any of my family to make sure we’re doing better and responding to the medication and to see if I have any questions. I feel cared for at Realo Drugs. They fill and order medication so fast and when my daughter needed special iron drops and they didn’t have them they ordered them and kept them in stock for me.”

“I can’t praise the staff at Publix pharmacy enough. For about 13 years I’ve used Walgreens pharmacy in Havelock until I moved to New Bern recently and switched to the one on Neuse Blvd. since the one on M.L.K. (which is closer to my house) closed. Since I’ve been using them, I haven’t been able to get my prescriptions within the same day and it’s always delayed. I imagine because the one on M.L.K. closed and now all the customers have consolidated to that one on Neuse, which I totally understand. Anyways, I called Publix and asked a pharmacy staff number if I could have the medication transferred to them. The lady I spoke to set up an account for me right on the spot and said she would contact Walgreens as soon as we got off the phone. As someone with an autoimmune disease, this means the world to me. Thank you.”

“This morning was a bad one due to rude staff at one of the doctor offices in New Bern. I came to the pharmacy afterwards, to pick up a prescription and this beautiful woman with a huge smile helped me. She was kind and personable. She also has a great accent. They have gone out of their way to help my wife and I on a number of occasions going above the call of duty. Their techs are as well. Big shout to Rhea and Tianna with whom I have had great interactions with, as well.”

“On a Saturday, I really needed my dog's prescription filled and the MLK location was closed. This team went out of their way to locate the prescription from the vet and get it completed in an hour!
