Stopped to buy fountain drink but it ran before 1/4 full, staff then couldn’t switch tank. So I bought a 20 Oz Sprite instead. Because I still had the cup from the original fountain drink, they charged me $2.20 (for the Sprite and $1.99 (cost of the drink I didn’t get). Corporate office thought this was just fine. Almost $4.50 for a 20 Oz drink I didn’t want. BTW, a sign hung beside the fountain drink states (cup of ice 0.49 cents).

Store has done a complete turnaround under the new manager. Organized, clean, and super friendly. Will continue to frequent this store!

The lady that works there is SUPER RUDE. Horrible customer service. I think she has short hair and piercings on her lip. I will never go back there.

This is the best mallard I’ve been too. I was really surprised how clean the store is. The new manager at this mallard is so nice. She is super respectful. And the gas prices are amazing

WORST STORE EVER. THE CLERK IS VERY RUDE. I'LL NEVER GO BACK. I WILL GLADLY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. SHE WAS VERY RUDE WHEN SHE TOLD ME TO PUT A MASK ON I TOLD HER I HAD A MEDICAL CONDITION AND DIDN'T HAVE TO HAVE ONE HER EXACT WORDS TO ME WERE, I DON'T CARE WHAT KIND OF CONDITION YOU HAVE. NO MASK NO SERVICE RUDE RUDE RUDE

Was denied service at the one in Lagrange nc very rude lady working there spend a lot of money at these stores on the way 2 work and back plus often go 2 the fuel warehouse in Kinston will no longer spend any money at any of these stores until u can get ur employees under control

Showed up at 855pm on Sunday. Google advertised that it closes at 10pm. There's was still a lady working inside, but the doors were locked. I kindly asked if I could get some gas since I was running on fumes. She said, "sorry wr are closed". I ran out of gas in a closed gas station that still show opened.

The lady Ms Florence has a very nasty and unprofessional attitude towards her employees.. She is a racist and she should be terminated or reprimanded for her racist comments and for intimidation.. There is several videos of her calling 1 of her caucasian employee a "cracker" and trying to fight the lady also discussing other employees personnel files with regular employees.. She has a very aggressive demeanor and should not be working with the public.. We are fighting racism each day and it should not be tolerated at any work place by any race.. It has been several people in the surrounding area that has lost their jobs and had to tolerate verbal abuse from her along with intimidation..
