I’m here visiting New Bern and needed to get my nails done. Wow this nail salon is amazing! I dont get pedicures like this in CT (my hometown).
They really take their time here, it was so relaxing, and they pay attention the detail.
So worth the trip thank you!

Ladies, a shout out to Jenny at Jan Nails. I moved to New Bern end of August and my nails had not been done in 6 weeks.Found great reviews online for Jenny at Jan Nails and they were right!Jenny is awesome. She did a great job removing my old GelX Nails without harming my own nails. Then beautiful gel polish.All the while engaging in great conversation and making me feel like I have been going there for years.Oh, the salon his beautiful too. She even decorated for the fall season and it looks awesome.Give her a call and book your appointment today, you will be s9 happy you did!

First time at Jan Nails. Great customer service! Everyone is friends and kind. Very clean. Was looking for a nail tec for a while. I can finally say I found my nail tec! Definitely recommend. I have been coming to Jan Nails since it opened. It is a lovely family owned business. Last week it would have gotten 4 stars. However, due to 3 mincommunications in a row, I will not be going back. Last week I took full credit for the miscommunication, and tipped well. This week I know for sure what I scheduled, because I clarified services desired several times before leaving salon last week. This week I got scolded publicly in a full salon for the misscommunication. I left and will not be going back. Will be going to La Princess.

I have been going to this place for some time for pedicures and gel manicures & loved it! However, today I received bad customer service from the lady and will not be returning!!! I made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday. I get there today and was told that I was not in the book for an appointment. I said I made the appointment on the phone with a lady, I’m assuming you. So she check the book again and says no, no appointment, maybe you called the wrong place and we don’t have time. I just said ok and walked out. She never offered for me to come back later or anything. I was like wow! I have seen her be rude to others as well.Services: Gel manicures
